It seems that Crysis developer Crytek was at one level engaged on a battle royale-inspired Crysis challenge codenamed Crysis Next.
Very early gameplay, which hit YouTube final week, exhibits third-person capturing in a fundamental warm-up enviornment with Crysis’ trademark skills and sound results layered on high. Crytek is working to take away the footage from YouTube, with movies now displaying a message that confirms a copyright declare by the corporate. Nevertheless, some remain live on the time of publication.
Crytek by no means introduced Crysis Next, and it seems it was canceled in favor of Crysis 4, which was introduced in January 2022. Crytek declined to remark when contacted by IGN.

Crysis is a first-person sci-fi shooter sequence identified for its spectacular visuals, cool nanosuit powers, and open-ended gameplay. The primary sport in the sequence, launched in 2007, was usually used as a PC benchmark given the calls for it might make of PCs on the time.
